Hallelujah – high rise waistbands are here. In addition to a comfortably wide, high rise waist, Terry has engineered the Holster Hi Rise Capri with deep, stretchy, perforated pockets at both sides for quick, convenient access. Updated this season with new fabric that has a slightly higher level of compression, the Holster is well suited for longer distances.
